Launch Preview & Reminder Policy

Serial Bloom may publish a completed numbered collection as a launch preview before normal checkout opens. A preview lets visitors see the designs, product information, and scheduled release time and request a free email reminder.
A reminder is not an order
Submitting the reminder form is free. It does not reserve inventory, hold a size, create a cart or order, collect payment, or guarantee availability. A purchase exists only after the customer completes normal checkout once the collection is live.
Release times and availability
Any scheduled release time is shown on the relevant collection or product page. A past release announcement does not reserve an item or guarantee current availability. Confirm the selected product and size are available before checkout.
Production after purchase
Paid orders placed after launch are printed after purchase. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipment. Carrier transit begins after production is complete. Product availability, blank inventory, quality-control checks, destination, customs, weather, and carrier conditions may affect timing.
Reminder emails
Visitors who consent to a launch reminder may also receive future Serial Bloom drop signals as described beside the form. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe option. Transactional order messages are separate from marketing reminders.
Discounts
Preview products are not purchasable until their release. After release, eligible Serial Bloom apparel can qualify for the current automatic multi-item offer. Automatic discount eligibility is determined by the cart and checkout.
Changes to a launch time
Serial Bloom may adjust a scheduled launch because of product readiness, storefront operations, or other legitimate issues. The most current status shown on the collection and product pages controls.
